Hello everyone my name is Shanta Montgomery, and I love to cook. Cooking is my passion. I love to cook for people, and I wanted to share my ways of cooking and the way my grandmother and mother taught me to the world. I particularly love to feed any and everyone and to watch their facial expression when they take a bite of something I just made..lol but I'm so serious it makes me feel so good inside.
