Enjoying music and incorporating music in every aspect of life, 4. Expressing experiences with nature, food, struggles, culture, relationships, happiness, pain, learning and so on in a musical context And 5. Provide a mechanism for thought provoking discussions, evoking emotions, motivating physical activities, and engaging in relaxing and reflective moments.
